The contractor is expected to work with individuals from the SMUD CCS team to provide project and operational support involving the rollout of the District’s SMART meters and SMART Grid initiatives as well as assist with the planning and preparation for an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation. The contractor should be a senior-level SAP Functional Analyst experienced with troubleshooting ECC 6.0 IS-U CCS functionality; specifically in-depth experience with IMG configuration of customer. The contractor will document work processes, conduct workshops, evaluate new functionality, make recommendations for enhancements, develop technical specifications and perform unit/integration testing.
