This will be through 12/31/2010. Client is CVS Caremark, pharmacy
experience a huge plus. Excellent comm skills a must and local to
Dallas, TX area. Here are the details:

Business Analyst plays a leadership role in Business Problem Solving
and has the ability to take ambiguous, complex business problems using
research plus business assessment capabilities to define the problem,
drive innovative ideas, define the requirements, and recommend
actionable next steps. The team is looking for a self-driven
individual with strong communication and business analyst skillls to
drive technology solutions aligned with business strategies.

Qualifications
Primarily interface with the business units and client teams to
eventually become their trusted advisor; helping them to drive
innovative strategies/solution that improves business performance.
Contribute to all aspects of requirements definition and management
execution activities for SDLC projects.
Demonstrate the ability to understand customers business needs, and
develop, present and discuss IS solutions and scenarios that solve
customers business problems.
Drive requirements from Business stakeholders and product champions,
using techniques such as interviews, JAD sessions, surveys and/or
other innovative techniques to compile comprehensive solution
requirements.
Maintain compliance with project specific standards, processes and
tools for Requirements Definition and Management.
Ensure Traceability, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management
for requirements through the SDLC and across the team.
Proactively communicate with design and development personnel work
efforts to ensure understanding and adherence with customer
requirements.
Decompose, refine and document Requirements using a variety of
graphical and textual techniques, to include Use Case Scenarios and
Diagrams, Functional Requirements Specifications, Activity and Process
Diagrams, and Data Dictionaries.
Negotiate agreements and commitments by facilitating communication
between business units and the IS team from initial requirements to
final implementation.
Provide guidance with the development of test plans as well as assist
the business with development of user acceptance criteria.
