*Job Description:*
• The client is in need of a programming resource to provide production
support software modifications to an in-house application system
• Design and develop software modifications for application enhancements to
improve the ability for the primary User to manage the system scope without
programming intervention
• Design and develop software modifications to provide new or additional
reports defined by the User community.
• Design and develop software modifications for application enhancements to
allow the application to interact with both internal and external core
software packages as needed.
• Work with other functions to improve performance and tuning of the
application.
• Work with the WebSphere server team to set-up security.
• Work with the WebSphere server team to set-up various parameters.
• Five plus years experience with JAVA, Windows AD, Windows Server
configuration, etc. related to the deployment of the client's in-house
application system.
• Two years experience using/configuring Web Services for JAVA applications.
• Four plus years experience working with Parole and Probation data/systems.
• Experience working with Formatting Object Processor (FOP) for reports.
• Experience with Java struts, Spring, Ibatis, framework.
