MUST have N-UNIT TEST TOOL EXPERIENCE. Preference is Nunit, however they will consider other xUnit tools. *Must have excellent communication skills and can drive to an interview and have the required skills. * Candidate must also be comfortable to do* **a white board session at their in person interview*. Lead/Sr. Developer in the 3 to 4 level range Contract Duration – 6mo Rate: Market Location: Newtown Square, PA Locals only to PA or nearby states that can attend a face to face They should have experience with N-Unit or other Unit Test Tool experience is a MUST. Generally, developers coming from smaller businesses (less than 300 people) work out best, again not required! Developers with development life cycle experience preferred. Below is Level 4 requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Application Development and Systems Design, with some experience in lead development roles, required. • BS degree, preferably in technical field, or other education (i.e. technical certifications). MS degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. • Act as an internal consultant and leader in developing others; may train and develop training • Convey broad business perspective. Can build a sound business case, convincingly and accurately portrays the view of the client, and can guide consensus building/decision-making • General working knowledge of high-level systems architecture, platform and enabling technologies. • SME in multiple application and systems areas.
