Location:  Fort Mill, SC   

 

Rate  : $ 40 hr C2C

 

 

Date resource is required: 04/01/2010

 

Anticipated end date: 12/31/2010

 

 

Job Classification:  Apps Systems Engineer 

 

Position Description:  Experience Level: 4 year degree and 7+ years
experience  

 

 Support of existing Visual Basic desktop applications; conversion of Visual
Basic and Visual Basic .NET to C# or other.  

 

Excellent communication written and verbal skills are required. 

 

Must be motivated and a self starter.  Must be able to work with minimal
supervision and remain on task. 

 

 Problem solving and analysis skills are a must. Ability to work under
pressure and tight deadlines necessary.  

 

Strong Windows programming and testing skills. Automated testing experience
is a plus. 

 

Visual Basic, C#, Dot NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.  

 

Candidate with excellent technical documentation skills will be preferred.  

 

Candidate should have a positive, can do attitude, and a willingness to take
whatever steps are necessary to complete the task at hand.
