* Hi* We Have Client Requirement for this Position Please find the job description below and kindly revert to me with your updated word format resume with complete contact information and expecting hourly rate on C2C or on 1099(all inclusive), ASAP * * *SharePoint Business Analyst / Technical Writer* *Location; DC* *Duration: Long Term* We're seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst who will identify business requirements and help define functional experience as an advocate for the business on an enterprise *SharePoint Intranet Portal.* This will occur over multiple streams of work and roll-outs of various SharePoint portals. * * *Qualifications* · Experience in requirements gathering and documentation for IT systems · Experience in documenting requirements & technical specifications for a project based on *SharePoint 2007* · Minimum 5 years experience in technical writing and technical editing · Business Analyst who has developed requirements for *enterprise SharePoint implementations* · Self-motivated, fast learner with exceptional follow-through and capable of working independently · Excellent client-engagement and communication skills. A business requirements or business solution type writing sample is required · Superior project and time management skills · Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and quality · Excellent, demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in verbal and other forms · English proficiency and excellent grammatical, writing, and editorial skills are required · Expert-level abilities in *Microsoft Office Professional, Acrobat, as well as other online documentation software. Familiarity with MS Visio and w/ Adobe Creative Suite is a plus * · *Customer orientation * *Responsibilities* · Analyze, write and edit various business and technical requirements documentation for an IT system *(SharePoint Intranet)* · Liaison between business and IT · Organize client interaction meetings. · Become the *functional expert for the SharePoint sites/applications* for each business area. · Develop use cases and screen mock-ups describing the business processes and expected functional experience. This must be done in accordance with project schedules and milestones. · Proactively communicate status of key activities, risks, and issues to the project manager. · Define, implement, and operate a SharePoint governance model that provides structure for site rollouts and content management · Coordinate diverse groups who contribute to business requirements and build consensus for requirements across the user groups · Develop a publication process · Manage documentation enhancements requests from internal stakeholders; identify opportunities for other enhancements.
