Position :EDI Developer Location: Rockville, MD
Duration : 6-12 Months Rate: $50/hour Interview Process: Phone interview first and then in-person interview in Rockville, MD. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent. 3 years of development experience with EDI mapping tool Pervasive/Data Junction. 3 years of development experience in working with Oracle database and PL/SQL. Thorough understandings of EDI ANSI standards, particularly for development and support of 270/271, 276/277, 834, 837 and 997 EDI transactions. Experience in working on large scale and highly available systems that process millions of transactions per day. Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment and react positively to change. We expect this candidate to be incredibly well rounded in the Application Development and Software Engineering space. This includes EDI and database design and development. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of legacy, current and emerging technologies.
