MUST HAVE WORKED IN BLUEPRINTING STAGE
Project /Project description: Work on implementing PP-Process Industry
module on a SAP implementation for a new manufacturing plant. This is a
paint mnfg. Company, so batch and process manufacturing is critical.
Responsibilities:
Blueprint design, configure, test and implement the SAP PP-PI module
including the following functions. Production Planning (PP-PI): . Planned
Process Orders,
. Production receipts, Sales and Operational planning (Planning
+Fulfillment), . Recipes, Bill of Material (BOM), Work centers, routings, .
MPS, Production Planning, MRP
Must have skills:
Must Have Educational Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Minimum Years Required
Bachelors
4 year degree
SAP PP-PI Configuration
9 years
Production Planning, MPS, MRP
7 years
Batch and Process Manufacturing experience
7 years
Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning
7 years
Ability to design business processes in manufacturing and sales and
operation planning
7 years
Must have soft skills:
Prior worked experience in the US
At least - 3 full life cycle SAP PP-PI implementations - with primary
blueprinting skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have skills
Good presentation skills, facilitate design workshops with 5 to 10 business
users
APICS / CPIM certification
Additional comments:
Travel ok. Prefer someone local to Phoenix, AZ
