Job Description:*
Must have project experience where there was aggressive development with
critical deadlines to be met. Must demonstrate how you were able to meet the
deadlines and when the timeline is straying what you did to get it back on
track. IT Developers write code or parameters to provide software components
according to technical specifications. They actively participate in the
escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve
problems. They recognize and solve inconsistencies in the detailed technical
specifications and propose changes.
Experience:
You need 5+ years in the specific technology they are contracted for.
Resources at this level would be expected to be able to take on both thought
leadership and team leadership roles and could work with little edirection.
Required skills:
•Entity Framework
•ASP .Net
•SQL Server 2008
•Oracle experience is a plus but not required
•LINQ
•Experience with SmartClient development
•DevExpress (or other 3rd party controls)
•Any kind of source code control software (TFS, SourceSafe, etc.)
•Work in structured project environment (estimating own task deadlines)
•Unit Testing experience
•AGILE development methodology experience
•Ability to work directly with business users
•Ability to collaborate with other technical team members
•Corporate-level development experience
•Working on project to develop SmartClient application for use by
Collections Agents. Developer will need to work on project team with
aggressive deadlines. This is new application and uses up-to-date technology
-- not legacy maintenance.
Bachelors degree is required.
