• Good knowledge of Reference Data domain. • Should have prior experience on Bloomberg & Financial Times Reference Data feed mapping. • Have experience with Requirements Gathering, Documentation, and should be well versed with SDLC process. • Strong problem-solving and research skills • Good experience on Business Requirements analysis, Functional Requirements Specification, Functional Gap Analysis. • Ability to facilitate groups and to conduct work sessions • Ability to assess and prioritize business partner requests and be able to communicate and translate complex financial concepts in general business terms across different audience levels. • The candidate should have a passion for problem solving and identifying patterns that translate to practical recommendations for managing and growing the business.
