IBM DB2 Admin Primary focus will be Administration on DB2 database. Following standard team processes, the individual will be expected to be fully- functional as DB2 on LUW (Linux, UNIX and Windows) Administrator. Desirable will be some Oracle/MSSQLServer DBA activities and some Application admin experience. A strong background is required with trouble shooting, performance, Responsibilities include, from time to time, leading small projects to plan and implement changes to the environment. From an operational perspective, responsibilities include troubleshooting problems, working maintenance windows and providing 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis.
