Here is the job description *General Responsibilities: * Develop programs or scripts according to specifications and established coding standards, analyzing and testing them for accuracy and optimal performance. Establish and enforce coding standards for programs or scripts. Analyze and resolve program/script or system failures, perform integrated testing of systems for accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance. Ensure application documentation is completed according to development standards. Facilitate formal code reviews, perform system software maintenance, support, and requirement analysis, and perform on-call duties as required. Must Haves: 2+ years Progress 4GL application development experience or other 4GL experience with the willingness to learn Progress. Senior Engineer role is required to have 5-8 years combined experience in areas of the SDLC. Mid Level Engineers will have a solid 3-5 years of past development experience. Ability to analyze critical business needs and requirements.
