Position: Oracle Apps Financial Location: Boston MA Duration: 6 Months Key Responsibilities: To provide maintenance and support services for corporate systems, including participating in the resolution of issue tickets and change requests. Analyze system problems and recommend solutions with minimal assistance. Participate in integration, implementation, software updates, bug fixes, change requests and application support activities for assigned systems. Ensure that system documentation is complete and in accordance with IT and Corporate policy and guidelines. Provide maintenance and support services Develop a comprehensive understanding of one or more functional areas within the company. Analyze complex business and operational system requirements, and recommend solution options. Utilize meaningful metrics to ensure support performance and customer satisfaction. Provide work direction, assistance and skill development to Support Analyst, Support Specialist and Trainees. Experience: Minimum Work Requirements: Experience with the support of and possessing a high knowledge of Oracle Financials especially in GL, AR, AP, CE, FA, PO and PA (all Oracle standard PA modules) on Oracle Version 11i, and Oracle 12 and Hyperion experience would be a plus.
