Location: PA Duration: 6 months rate: Open but competitive. They should have experience with N-Unit or other Unit Test Tool experience is a MUST. Generally, developers coming from smaller businesses (less than 300 people) work out best, again not required! Developers with development life cycle experience preferred. they should have a solid background in design with solid analytical and problem solving skills. This person needs to be able to contribute to the overall design and development of the application. Below is Level 4 requirements: • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Application Development and Systems Design, with some experience in lead development roles, required. • BS degree, preferably in technical field, or other education (i.e. technical certifications). MS degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. • Act as an internal consultant and leader in developing others; may train and develop training • Convey broad business perspective. Can build a sound business case, convincingly and accurately portrays the view of the client, and can guide consensus building/decision-making • General working knowledge of high-level systems architecture, platform and enabling technologies. • SME in multiple application and systems areas.
