Skills Required: 1) Remedy Action Request System 7.5 2) Thorough knowledge of ITSM Suite7.5 (Incident Management, Change Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRM, Release Management and CMDB) 3) ITSM Suite 7.6 is preferable and will certainly be a differentiator 4) Strong Knowledge of ITSM 5.x and other versions of Remedy 5) Strong ITIL Knowledge, preferably certified. Qualifications: 1) Minimum 5-7 years experience in a position as a Remedy Consultant using Helpdesk, SLM, Asset Management, Change Management and Atrium CMDB modules. 2) Worked on ITSM 7.5 and thorough knowledge of complete ITSM process in ITSM 7.5 3) Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills 4) Strong analytical skills Job Description: 1) Study current support processes and corresponding integrations, document current process flows. Perform Gap analysis with BMC provided Out of the box ITSM 7.6 process. Present GAP analysis & potential options / alternate solutions for each module. 2) Provide a detailed analysis with pros and cons with both Client*s Support Process and BMC*s ITSM 7.6 support Process. 3) Lead meetings with the Process owners and Remedy Team. 4) End user training relevant to extract required information during Gap analysis phase 5) Create Test scenarios and Scripts.
