Position : PeopleSoft HRIS Functional Consultant Location : Baltimore, MD
Duration : 6 months A Face to Face interview may be required for this opportunity. Rates for this can go up to $50 per hour, C-C. Experience: Looking for an individual who has the technical expertise from the functional point of view, and be able to take customer's requirements to develop & document functional process flow without being locked into any specific system. Work with various functional of HR, utilizing extensive knowledge of HR functional processes and systems analytical skills to develop requirements and design new and improved HR business processes. Must have recent knowledge in HR processes and an understanding of HR systems configuration, and a proven ability to provide detailed configuration specifications and project documentation.
