10+ years IT experience
MCSE
Windows 2003/2008 Server environment (heavy on 2008)
They must have strong clustering experience
Expertise in performance tuning,
Fundamental knowledge of networking and protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, packet
routing, etc.);
Knowledge of / ability to administer SCOM monitoring platform;
Experience working with VMWare and/or Hyper-V
