Job Description:*
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure security solution which include the following
technologies
that are deployed in a mix of Unix and Window environment:
o Tivoli Identity Manager
o IBM Tivoli Directory Server
o IBM Tivoli Access Manager
o IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager
- Planning upgrades and applying Fix Packs for the above components
- Developing scripts to perform load testing for the above components
- Tuning and performance improvements for the above components
- Ensure to follow the best practices recommended by the vendor on the
above
components
- Provide customer support and interactions with support IT teams,
application
teams, and Help Desk
- Any other technical support work that becomes a priority and a need in
the team
The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of hands-on administrative work
experience on one or more of the following IBM Tivoli technologies: Tivoli
Identity
Manager, IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Access Manager, IBM Tivoli
Federated Identity Manager. Candidate must be a quick learner who can ramp
up
quickly to understand CareFirst implementation of the Identity and Access
Management infrastructure, which is different from most of the typical I&AM
installations due the SOA nature of the implementation. A good understanding
of
the application security aspects is highly desirable.
Addtionally:
- Experience supporting IBM products running on AIX/Linux AND Windows
preferred.
- TFIM 6.x experience with both saml 1.x/2.x experience using browser
post and
artifact (back-channel SOAP call) profiles.
- Experience with TFIM custom identity mapping modules (via both jar
and/or TDI)
and custom error handling helpful but not required.
- Experience with TAMeb v6.x a must. Includes creation of all types of
junctions
(transparent, stateful, virtual host, GSO, and local via both TCP and SSL)
- Experience upgrading ITIM from 4.x to 5.x helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of WebSphere 6.1 a must (in reference to TAM integration)
including
TAI++ and svrsslcfg setup/configuration in a WAS global security setup.
