Note: Recent Experience in an IT Staffing Is Must. Job Description: • Facilitate end-to-end/full cycle recruitment for Finance/Technology services clients • Understand IT requirements and deliver qualified IT consultants • Sourcing, identifying and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings with Client Projects. • Getting on calls with the consultants to prospect them for open positions. • Negotiate compensation/salary • Submit qualified candidates to open positions / job requirements. • Co-ordination and scheduling the interviews with client’s Hiring managers through the inside sales team • Co-ordination with HR-Admin department for smooth on-boarding of IT consultants • Meet and exceed weekly goal expectations. • Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/ Database for recording different stages in recruitment process. Desired/Required qualifications: • Graduate (B/E/B.Tech/MCA or B.Sc / M.Sc - IT or Computer) • Excellent communication skills • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment • Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passion to succeed. • Task oriented and Money Motivated • Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building skills are the traits for the right candidate • PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Willingness to work in Night shifts • Candidate should have good interpersonal skills with excellent rapport building skills Please take a few minutes to complete the questions below.
