Title -- Unix Security Analyst Location -- Livingston, NJ Duration -- 6+m - Expert with CAs eTrust access control for Unix servers - Expert with the Symantec ESM environment and cleanup dormant agents - Troubleshoot security-related problems - Expert with the development of scripts to automate processes using unix and perl script to reduce or eliminate the manual effort involved with processing security access requests. - Strong familiarity with security issues surrounding network computing and experience in implementation of security systems and controls - Performs other duties as requested Monitor and action tickets for activities within the User ID provisioning life cycle and incident resolution - Work on supporting the Unix Security Infrastructure - Work on Network access managed by Active Directory Infrastructure - Processes authorized changes to machine log-on IDs and security software. - Create and delete user IDs, including administering password access. - Expert with the development of scripts to automate processes using unix and perl script to reduce or eliminate the manual effort involved with processing security access requests. - Experience of Security Management or Administration or an interest and desire to work in such an environment - Excellent documentation and schematic creation skills required - Prepares ad hoc reports as requested by clients. - Monitors the environment for adherence to security standards. - Participates in audit activities. * * What We Require: - 6+ years experience in information security related positions with the Security products listed above - Expert with deploying, installing and administering Symantec ESM - Expert with configuring CA E-Trust software - Expert with shell scripting - Three (3) years developing and implementing security policy desirable - Work scheduled includes rotating off hour on-call and weekend support - College Degree preferred - CISSP or other professional designation or certification related to Information Security preferred - Microsoft Active Directory desirable - Scripting (Vbscript, etc.) desirable * * This position is located in Livingston, NJ and is at least 6 months in duration. * *
