Candidates must be able to support multiple tools (hence architect vs BSM tools engineer). To be considered, please be clear which tools your candidate is fully competent in vs. me having to infer from resume. The candidates are being brought in advance of the go-live but are expected to be senior to Client personnel who have been learning the tools.
In priority order… 1. BMC Event Manager / Service Impact Manager 2. BPPM - Portal, ProactiveNet, TM-ART 3. BMC Dashboards 4. BMC ADDM Discovery The candidate must be comfortable following ITIL incident, change, and configuration management processes – ideally ITIL v3 certified.
