* * *Position:* PeopleSoft Change Management Process Analyst *Location:* New York, NY *Duration:* 12 Months *Submission Deadline:* 4/29/2010 Please note that this is a 35 hour work week. The Change Management Process Analyst will support ongoing NYCAPS user support needs and phased rollout implementations of the HR and Benefits functions of PeopleSoft HRMS for the New York City Automated Personnel System (NYCAPS). This position will work closely with the Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and key business partners that design, develop, test and implement PeopleSoft (NYCAPS) initiatives. This position will require the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines; Ability to work well with others is required. * * Responsibilities include: 1. Support the implementation of new and/or enhanced PeopleSoft (NYCAPS) functionality through change management activities including the analysis, design, development and delivery of change management plans to support NYCAPS users 2. Assist in the expansion of existing PeopleSoft application users through training development and delivery 3. Work on communications, job aids and knowledge management materials appropriately to support overall NYCAPS users 4. Identify, analyze and escalate any system and/or operational issues associated to change management activities 5. Support the development of PeopleSoft (NYCAPS) application through testing, analysis, design and issue resolution processes 6. Design and deliver user training related to NYCAPS functionality and any related training needs 7. Develop status, statistics and analytical reports appropriately Required Qualifications: 1. 3+ years experience within Change Management/Training 2. 3+years experience with Software Development and Support Practices 3. 3+ years experience with support of the following PeopleSoft in v. 8.8 and v. 9.0 development experience with HR, Benefits Administration, Manager Self Service and/or Workflow 4. Experience documenting processes for HR, Payroll and/or Benefits 5. Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment 6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills (i.e. analysis, recreation and very detailed oriented) 7.
