Job Title : People Soft Architect Location : Boston , MA Duration : 3 month to perm Good Consulting and Communication Skills Must have experience working in a consulting services environment as a consultant to a client base. Good understating with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) Good understanding on Project Management skills * Plans, Tracking, Reporting, communication Good understanding on Change Migration and Release process Good Functional understanding with Core HR, ESS/MSS, eRecruit, Talent Management modules Strong Technical understanding on PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Tree Manager Setup, Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation experience 5+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules 5+ years as a Peoplesoft Architect Consultant with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least 4 of the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit 5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. 3+ years of strong experience with PIA Experience with data & business process standardization. Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship management.
