*Job Description :*
The Ratings project is responsible for delivering a ratings application to
model the substation configuration and individual component ratings and to
perform the analysis for the overall limiting circuit ratings depending on
conditions and substation configuration. Output of the application would go
to the Energy Control System to establish operational alarm limits on the
station metering points and to the PSS/E application for planning analysis.
We are looking for a resource to begin immediately thru the end of the year
to participate as a Functional Business Analyst. The selected candidate will
be responsible for gathering requirements, developing use cases, creating
design documents, writing technical interface documentation, creating test
plans, and assisting with a package implementation and testing. Candidate
will need to be able to interact with business users, infrastructure teams,
vendors and consultants.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
with all organizational levels
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical
professionals and internal clients to understand business processes and
determine requirements
Ability to manage workload
Demonstrated excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Must be organized, motivated, reliable, and responsible
Ability to act as liaison between business and IT
