They are doing an implementation and this resource needs to be highly skilled in the Oracle PM module. *Oracle HR Hierarchies* Location: Oakland , CA / Israel —REMOTE Rate: $55/ inclusive (remote rate) Duration: 5/16-7/30 (probably will go longer) Expenses: Standard Policy *QUESTION TO ASK CANDIDATE BEFORE SUBMITTING: -Do you have a current passport and can travel to **Israel** ?* Description of Services: Contractor will support lead for the following activities: • Definition of the functional HR requirements for the Oracle PR/PO Approval Workflow • The requirements will be based on the position hierarchies as defined on 4/30/2010 • Approval hierarchies will be provided from the client at the start of work and will be appropriately entered into the HR module by team •Team will create one workflow for the approval of purchase requisitions and one workflow for the approval of purchase orders based upon BSII’s position hierarchies • Team will document the design and decisions for the Workflow implementation • Account generators for purchase requisitions and purchase orders and AP invoices (total of 3) will be configured to client requirements for BSII • Team will work with the client to define and document test cases • CRP will include testing of the designed workflow using test cases to validate the design and configuration of the workflow with the core project team • UAT will incorporate key End-Users in the validation of the design and configuration of the workflow • Deployment of the workflows for approval of purchase requisitions and purchase orders to be utilized by Production users of the client Oracle Environment * Consultant will provide test scripts based on client scenarios for testing approval workflows Deliverables: Assist the Technical Workflow Developer in all tasks to complete the Workflow design listed above as well as providing functional training and test scripts, and enter the hierarchies into the Oracle HR module as needed. *Technical SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)* Location: Dallas , TX Duration: 5+ months Rate: $65+expenses Minimum of 2 complete SAP GTS implementations Need to have experience with SAP GTS for Customs Communication in US (for AES) (should have taken a customer live, pilots not acceptable) and GTS experience in Duty Calculation and Simulation Familiarity to work with Seeburger Adapter is a must Fluent communication skills (English) Bachelors Degree Required - Thorough knowledge and understanding of SAP GTS application based solutions with demonstrated expertise in multiple SAP modules. Significant experience consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger project or leading medium sized consulting engagements within the SAP product suite. Thorough SAP consulting background with significant experience assisting clients in the implementation and support of SAP GTS packaged solutions. Thorough experience and subject matter expertise with the SAP product suite assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources. Areas of expertise include RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms) design and development. *OBIEE **Business Analysts* Location: Oak Brook , IL Duration: 2+ months *Three OBIEE Business Analysts with experience/specialties in the following: * 1. Project Costing/Accounting 2.
