Employment: Contractual Duration: 3 Months+ Rate: $Negotiable Job description: Consultant should have good experience in Activate and Captivate tool to create UI design for e-learning project. 1) Strong Instructional Design experience. 2) Strong exp in Activate & Captivate 3) Experience in the design and development of web-based learning. 4) Experience on the front-end of a learning project-research and analysis 5) Strong consulting and facilitation skills. 6) Familiar with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations. Connected with professional organizations and maintains accessibility to industry resources. 7) Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring others. 8) Strong level of professionalism, executive presence and credibility; able to effectively challenge and influence peers and customers.
