*Reply back with your updated resume to [email protected] and you can reach me @ 510-857-5838* * * *Title: Project Manager/ Business Analyst (Salesforce.com Service Cloud experience) * *Duration : 6 months + extension* *Location : Palo Alto, CA* * * *Job Details* *Responsibilities:* * Manage all aspects of the project (Scope, Schedule, Quality, Budget, Risks, Issues etc.) * Develop project plan and manage it - ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. * Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. * Supports all phases of programs from inception through completion. * * *Required Qualifications: * * *Drive key initiatives/projects to completion and ensure deliverables meet business needs. * Gather and track business and functional requirements, define project scope, write detailed functional specifications, provide impact assessments, identify gaps, evaluate change requests, capture and prioritize bugs. * Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. * Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management * Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts. Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff * Work closely with development team through software development methodology, including project assessment, planning, design, build, QA and implementation. * Provide on-going feedback and status of projects to IT and business areas, identifying any variances to plan and proposing solutions and alternatives for the variances * * *Competencies: * ** Minimum of 5 years of recent Project/Program Management and Business Systems Analyst experience* * Experience in implementation of Salesforce.com Service Cloud * Experience with Salesforce.com Service closud and integration with Partner will be preferred * Must have experience with requirements gathering, documentation (business requirement, functional specification, as-is process, to-be process, gap analysis, user / training documentation etc.), hands-on detailed systems, data modeling, development, conducting end user training and implementation. * Must have an in-depth understanding of business requirements and the underlying business processes * Exceptional communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users * Knowledge of and experience with industry recognized project implementation methodologies and concepts and with a demonstration of depth in software development activities and tasks (planning, design, development, testing, etc.). • Strong people/communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business sponsors / stakeholders • Attention to detail, strong listening skills, and good verbal and written communications are required * Highly organized, self-motivated and should be able to utilize critical thinking and sound judgment. * Strong cross-team collaboration and influence and demonstrate team leadership and participation. * PMP accreditation will be preferred Best Regards, *Siva* *DCKAP * *Office: 510-857-5838|Fax: 415-367-2525|Email: *[email protected] *|Website: * www.dckap.com *|*** *Note:* This email is not intended to be a solicitation.
