Position: Front End Developer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 6+ months Rate: $45/hr on C2C The successful candidate will be required to contribute as a individual to a large development effort. The Plaza Retail team works very collaboratively, so strong teamwork skills are important, and exposure to Agile, pair programming, and development environments with large and medium teams of developers would be beneficial. Strong experience developing web based user interfaces 1. Extensive experience developing User Interfaces for enterprise applications with hand coded HTML, CSS, Javascript 2. Experience working with technologies such as Flash, ActionScript or Silverlight would be nice 3. Experience of Frameworks/Libraries such as jQuery or MooTools 4. Experience of other mark-up languages (such as MCML, XHTML, DHTML) and XML/XSLT would be beneficial 5. Experience of large sites, built around content management software is a big plus 6. Full lifecycle experience, be highly technical and hands-on 7. Experience of working in multi disciplinary teams with Graphic Designers, User Experience experts and other developers Skills Required: HTML/DHTML/CSS, Java Script, Java,GWT, JSP, Struts, XML-XSLT, REST, JSON, Servlets, AJAX, JSF 4 or more years of combined software development experience.
