Job Title : Project Coordinator with Telecom Experience Location : Philadelphia, PA Duration : 6 Month Contract *Responsibilities:* In this role, the process consultant will be responsible for developing detailed operational procedures for the clients Enterpise Businesses including Trunking, Cell Back Haul and Metro Ethernet. The person will be responsible for interviewing and documenting process flows and detailed processes using MicroSoft Word and Visio. 100 percent of the work will be performed in Philadelphia or nearby suburb at the client location. *Qualifications: *Bachelor´s degree from an accredited university 1 - 2 years of customer service experience 1 - 2 years of process and procedure documentation experience 2 - 5 years of experience with customer facing Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrate an interest in the IT and Telecommunications industries Knowledge of Enterprise Services (Trucking, Cell Back Haul, and Metro Ethernet) High level of written and oral communication in the English language Thanks & Regards.
