*Requirement for Business Analyst with Commodities Experience*
*Location:* NY *Duration:* 6+ Months Be responsible for problem management and tracking of major incidents * Liaise directly with the change the bank teams and bank-wide support groups to resolve incidents * Provide feedback to senior management and *business* streams on the aforementioned incidents * Work with the development streams to help implement change in a controlled manner * Act as a consultative resource for advice on support processes for new products and impacting change * Technically test *Business* Continuity plans and provide consultative advice to development streams for the production of fail-over plans and scenarios * Provide a run the bank perspective during the on boarding of new projects * Analyze and investigate major and escalated incidents * Document support processes for the global front-line support teams *Commodities* Support *Analyst* Skills / Experience and Qualifications: * Proven experience in a *Commodities* and/or Derivatives Front Office facing Application Management Team * Solid experience with either Endur OpenLink or RightAngle SolArc * Solid and in-depth technical experience supporting Windows Server based applications and in-depth knowledge of the OS * Solid experience with Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle Database * Experience of *business*-aligned application support in a high pressure environment * Experience of issues tracking / problem management using standardized tools * Experience of monitoring a controlled production environment * An ability to manage workloads under pressure and priorities according to impact and *business* requirement * The ability to perform in-depth investigation of issues, use initiative to determine the point of failure and resolve or escalate accordingly Thanks & Regards *Ajay * *(469-713-1976 (M)* * 972-607-9595 Ext- 6 (O))* ePower.
