Job: Sun IDM Tech Lead *Location:* Groton, CT *Duration: *5-6 Months Contract to Hire *Current requirement*: To work with Leading Pharma as Tech Lead Position for their Migration Project, where certain workflows and functionality needs to be migrated from SharePoint based system to Sun IDM system. *Profile Description:* 7+ years of industry experience with at least 3-4 years in the security domain is required. Strong knowledge of information security with concentration in Identity and Access Management / Application / Data Security. Candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, architecting, design and implementation of multiple I&AM projects with demonstrated progressive responsibility. Substantial IDM experience with products stacks like: *Sun Identity Management* – 3-4 years of experience working with Sun Identity Manager is required. Experience with *Oracle Identity Management* Product Suite and Other IDM Products (*Novell, Microsoft IDM)* would be add-on. Strong .Net or Java/J2EE development background is required. Good Management, Customer interaction and follow-up skills are required. Candidate should also exhibit strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience defining the business process and workflows, getting client approvals and co-coordinating and keeping the activities on track as per project plan Working in the pre-sales activities would be add-on.
