*Job Title : System Engineer* *Location : NYC,NY* *Duration : 12+ Months contract* Description: *Work as part or supervise team of system engineers to build and manage a set of global mission critical systems. *Coordinate / perform problem resolution for given systems; *Plan / coordinate / perform application and system level changes for supported systems; *Perform availability / performance trending and analysis of the systems; *Liaison amongst Systems Support and other internal departments (24/7 Operations, Network Support, Help Desk, Development, Client/Product management, etc) to address product design and operational issues. *Communicate with clients on issues related to operation of assigned products; *Review and contribute in Architecture and Design Documents, create Run books, Work instructions and other Operations documentation.
