*Please send me suitable profiles at [email protected] * * * *We have an urgent requirement for “Charles River Consultant” at Raleigh, NC or NY.* * * *Position : Charles River Consultant* *Location :* *Raleigh**, NC** or NY* *Duration : Long term * * * *Job Description:* · Work as a Lead engineer for trading solutions providing subject matter expertise for Charles River IMS product. · Understand business requirements & interpret them in to feasible technical requirements in terms of design and development work. · Use the experience and expertise in Charles River product to map and design technical requirements. Have the ability to run feasibility analysis and help the solution engineering team to come up with best solution approach. · Design and develop CRD related customizations and configurations for the trading solutions group. · Interact with Business Engineering, Project and Quality Assurance Teams and deliver the application on Time and meeting the Technical specifications and code standard. · Use the CRD product knowledge and relevant technology experience to implement effective solutions with highest quality under the prescribed standards. *Project Management Knowledge:* · Effective written and oral communication skills · Ability to manage project scope, schedule, risk and quality · Ability to communicate project status and performance to project stakeholders and management *Interpersonal Skills:* · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent troubleshooting skills · Team player · Has experience working with onshore/off shore model and related co-ordination and communication *Technical Knowledge:* · 8 years of relevant technology experience with at least 4 years of Charles River product experience. · Knowledge and working experience in configuring CRD, setting up user roles & privileges. · Working knowledge with CRD manager’s workbench and related configuration. · Ability to code pre-trade and post-trade compliance rules. · Working knowledge of consuming the Charles River Web Service Interface (CRD.WSI) · A good understanding of FIX protocol** · Messaging technologies preferably IBM MQ Series · XML and XSL related technologies · Knowledge about JAVA, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, .NET Framework would be an added advantage · Crystal Reports · Object oriented design methodologies and patterns · Enterprise architecture and portal technologies** · Understanding databases (Oracle, SQL Server etc) and data aggregation technologies** · Experience with service oriented (SOA), integration technologies and application standards** · Knowledge of structured and process oriented development/implementation methodologies** *Business Knowledge: * · Knowledge of financial industry with the understanding of equities, fixed income, options and the functionality of related asset classes. · Knowledge of trading concepts, trade flow, state management and process flows in order management system.
