A CS degree is preferred but each candidate must have a strong understanding of CS Laws such as: Cohesion, Coupling and Complexity (only an example of many related laws). * * * *The candidate should have excellent consulting skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. The Architect must provide hands-on, repeatable architecture and Proof of Concept development couple with mentoring/training senior developers who are either onsite or offshore.
