Knowledge and Skills: Operational and infrastructure support experience in a Web Development environment required, Mainframe environment experience a plus. Application support and troubleshooting skills required Passion for operational improvements ? Repeatable processes, efficiencies, monitoring, capacity planning and performance improvements Strong sense of ownership and desire to help others improve stability Clearcase source management experience required Skill and knowledge with browser-based development tools such as .Net or Java. Performance tuning experience a plus. Solid experience with relational databases and developing in SQL. Performance tuning experience a plus. Experience with Oracle (11g) Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong problem/solving skills Strong organizational skills and process oriented Strong design skills, with a proven ability to take concepts and drive the design/development/configuration of tools to bring the concepts to life. Experience with construction, setup, configuration of browser-based monitoring tools a plus. ANT and/or AntHill Pro experience a plus. Capacity and system performance management experience a plus.
