Job Description:*
Must be an energetic, self-starter with proven experience developing custom
Winform applications leveraging C# 2.0 or above. Solid communication
skills, ability to manage time effectively, and demonstrated understanding
of programming skills, patterns, and best practices required. Must have
demonstrable experience with WPF application development utilizing C# 3.5,
building web services/WCF services, working on multi-threaded UI
applications, and creating and working with custom controls. Candidate must
have working experience utilizing databases, preferably Oracle 10g or above,
specifically writing queries, building tables, and constructing procedures.
The successful candidate will work within the larger MDM (Master Data
Management) Program team, working directly for the technical lead. Program
focused on 2 core threads; Book Hierarchy Management, and Book Automation.
Candidate will be responsible for completing application development
milestones within the timelines set forth by the Technical Lead, utilizing
all available and approved tools and controls, and complete deliverables to
a level of quality felt satisfactory by the Technical Lead.
