Job is basically to work on Telematics products technology development and automated testing framework development. Main skills required are extensive C++, WinCE and embedded development experience with 3-5 years Experience. *Here are some screening questions:* 1. 6 years of IT industry experience 2. Years of experience with embedded development : Minim mum 4+ years of experience 3. Years of experience with embedded applications (we don't want people with just device drivers, mobile or FPGA kind of experience, but OK to have this experience along with Applications experience) : Minimum 3+ years of experience 4. Years of experience with device based GUI : at least 2+ years of experience 5. RTOS experience: At least 2 from this list - VxWorks, WinCE (not Windows mobile) , Nucleus and RTLinux. 6. Years of experience specifically with C++ (not C) with Object Oriented Analysis/Design: at least 2+ years of experience 7. C++ features experience (Inheritance, Polymorphism, Templates/STL): Yes to at least 2 out of 3 - specifically using these features in a real embedded project 8. Architecture/Design experience: minimum 3 years of hands on experience 9. Project experience leading a team of 8-10 developers (plan, allocate and get the work done) : minimum 2 years experience 10.
