Please find the job description below and contact me if you have any questions [email protected] Job Title: PeopleSoft Development Director Location: McLean , VA Duration: Permanent Responsibilities: The PeopleSoft Development Director takes responsibility for the installation, upgrade support, and product development/evaluation in a particular technical discipline, or in direct support of assigned business area. This position is highly involved with application development, prototyping, modeling, and high-level technical consulting. Qualified candidates must have: -Minimum of 12 years' progressive experience leading IT development projects, including 8 years of PeopleSoft HR experience, at least 2 upgrade lifecycles, 3 PeopleTools upgrades, and custom PeopleCode development -4+ years' experience managing PeopleSoft HR production support, medium to large development teams, and HR client relationships -Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team development capabilities -Combining technical expertise and strong management capabilities Preferred: -Previous financial services or mortgage industry experience -Experience with one or more of the following: PeopleSoft HR re- implementation, PeopleTools 8.5, PeopleSoft HR 9.1, OBIEE, and/or Workforce Analytics -Extensive background with eRecruit or Time & Labor -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "ORACLE DWH DBA" group.
