*Job Title : Sr. Data Analyst* *Location : Charlotte, NC* *Duration : 7 Month contract* Requirement: • Experienced in eliciting, defining, writing, and managing business specifications, technical specifications, and other project documentation for applications development. Experienced in troubleshooting issues using various data analysis techniques; Working knowledge of Oracle, PL/ SQL, and experience using Microsoft Access, WinSQL and/or TOAD. Experienced in data warehousing/ business intelligence projects; Working knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, Ascential etc. and Internet-based technologies, reporting tools, and client/server-based applications is highly desirable; Experience with basic Unix scripting and databases (Oracle, Netezza) is highly desirable. • Must possess strong analytical skills with ability to gather comprehensive requirements and deliver analysis results expediently; Ability to take abstract business issue and using data analysis techniques determine the root cause and possible solutions; knowledge of data modeling and entity-relationships; Ability to apply multiple technologies to business problems. • Preferred Experience with Convergys and/or CSG billing data,.
