Jobs Description:
Strong *Service Management Experience* (both as part of ECC 6.0 and CRM
integration)
· Variant Config. a plus
· Familiarity/Experience with the following process areas:
o Maintenance work
o Service Dispatch CPE
o Service Dispatch with Equipment CPE
o Managed Take Over (Managed Services Only)
o Billing Repair with Dispatch and Equipment
o Billing and Service Profile Customer Enrollment
o VZ CPE with MS, Maintenance, and Labor (no Transport)
o Proactive Services
o MAC CPE
o Managed Services with CPE (security)
o OCM Managed Services
· Integration knowledge between SD, Service Management, Projects and FICO
· Basic knowledge of Project Systems Logistics (networks, activities,
milestones), Project Systems Financials (budgeting and planning)
· General FICO knowledge,
· Settlement and results analysis knowledge would be a plus
· Integration with SAP Logistic modules
· Experience with Revenue Projects
· And on the soft-skills side:
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Quick learner/study
· Flexible (time, travel and role)
· Effective Presenter
· Self Starter
