*Job Title : IT Security Analyst* *Location : Newark, NJ* *Duration : 18 Month contract* Qualifications:-Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISA, or GIAC). -Security audit experience related to SOX, HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, and ITIL.Technical knowledge of the security tools such as Sun Identity Manager and Sun Role Manager -Prior experience using the following information security technologies: intrusion prevention & detection; vulnerability assessment and penetration testing; firewalls; network access control; anti-malware and spam protection; security incident management systems-Team player with excellent consultative and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively with client, IT management and staff, vendors and consultants. -Strong oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to effectively impart complex or technical subjects to diverse audiences -Prior experience with software or appliances used for vulnerability scanning, remote system administration, network monitoring and protection, security notification, and risk assessment -Knowledge of authoritative standards, guidelines, and best practices relative to information security.
