Should have techno functional knowledge (60% Technical 40% functional) in
OM, IB and Service Contracts module.
The person will be developing the code. So, the candidate should have hands
on experience in the coding.
Having experience as tech lead or managing off-shore team cannot be
considered as technical experience unless the candidate is involved in the
coding.
*Order Management (Over all 3 year experience)*
Familiar with TCA Architecture
Expertise in Customer APIs. (Rated 4/5)
Experience in the Customer conversion is highly desired
*Service Contracts (SC)/Install Base (IB) (Over all 2-3 year experience)*
Familiar with Install Base and Service contracts functions
Worked in Service Contract and Installbase APIs (Rated 4/5)
Experience in the Service Contracts and Install Base is highly desired
