We have an immediate requirement from our client for a strong Business Analyst (Manufacturing Environment Experience required.) Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extendable) Location: Charlotte, NC Desired skills / Experience Required : - 3- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst - Forecasting, Operational, and Production Planning business concepts in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of Informatica / ETL concepts desirable - Ability to work with limited supervision in a team environment - Very effective oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills Roles and Responsibilities - Provide business analytical expertise and leadership for the Event Management / DPr System including defining and documenting requirements, analysis & design, implementation coordination, and change management. - Becomes familiar with and utilizes established the Project Framework to ensure project standards, procedures and governance, quality objectives, and metrics. - Participates in project reviews as directed and provides clarification and direction. - Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project stakeholders and key internal customers. - Leads business design efforts leading to complete technical requirements and specifications. - Supports technical project plan development and execution. - Assist with defining and coordinating the testing strategy including system testing and user acceptance testing. - Analyzes source systems, defines and documents data transformation rules and analyzes data quality.
