Job Requirements:
• 8 plus years of software testing experience with web applications
• Substantial project management skills related to scheduling
and executing testing project plans
• Advanced knowledge of test planning, test case development,
execution and reporting
• Hands on experience in defect analysis, management and metrics
• Minimum of intermediate level automation tool experience with QTP
• Proven experience in training and mentoring testing team members
• Proficient coding experience with at least 1 object oriented
programming language (Java , C++)
• Experience working closely with software development and the
business user, and the ability to manage risks and conflicts.
