Technical Skillset:
4 year degree and 7+ years experience or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Java J2EE (MDB, JMS, EJB, JSP, Servlets)
IBM MQ (API, Knowledge of Queues, Queue Managers, Messaging Models)
Websphere Application Server (Knowledge of configurations, deployments,
tracing, monitoring, performance analysis)
JUnit IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD)
SQL (Db2, MySql)
Hibernate, Apache, Struts
Nice to have: Spring framework and Axis 2.
