1) Should have worked on as a DB2 z/OS system DBA - should know DB2 System
parameters, configuration, DB2 installation, upgradation
2) Should have installed, upgraded and applied patches to DB2 tool
(specifically IBM and BMC)
3) Should be thorough with application development concepts like recompile,
compile, link edit, bind in change management environment.
4) Should have practical experience on WLM stored procedures.
