· Excellent Project management Experience
· Candidate should have good analytical and communication skills.
· Very good understanding on software Development Life Cycle Models.
· Excellent Communication and Project coordination skills are
mandatory.
· Has demonstrated value addition to Customer by providing proactive
proposals.
· Strong background in Java / J2EE projects.
· Should possess valid long term H1 US visa.
· Experience in Securities Domain.
· Candidate should be able to interact with the customer and gather
the requirements.
· Candidate should be able to participate in reviewing functional
requirements specifications created by business analysts
· Candidate estimating the efforts for the development/maintenance
projects.
· Candidate should closely monitor the offshore deliverables and
should track and efforts.
· Candidate should be able to follow client & Wipro SDLC processes
and be able to provide data for various metrics.
· Candidate should guide the team
technically.
