Update industry specific database for commercial real estate. Assist in preparation of annual budget for current and future year forecasts. Review administration of lease records and accounting documents. Analysis and presentation of monthly and annual budget results/plans will also be required. Experience in accounting and finance including planning, analysis and financial reporting. A thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management is essential. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word software and a working knowledge of reporting software. Must have 2-5 years of prior work experience as a Financial Analyst. Prefer candidate to have understanding of commercial real estate (not apartment of residental experience) database and budgets and Microsoft Project a plus.
