Requirements(in priority order): 1-Excellent verbal and writing communication skills 2-WAS Administration (IBM Webpshere Application Server, w/ Clustering and Websphere E-Commerce) experience (5+) years: patching problem determination JDBC, heap, connection tuning working with IBM support Experience in using IBM support tools for troubleshooting and analysis (examples - heap and thread analysis) 3-Unix Administration experience(AIX and Linux), 5+ years AIX 570s, 670s, 550s, 595s, Blade Centers, HMC, LPARs (Would not need specific hardware experience listed but good AIX exp.)
