· Create, Test and Optimize Paid Search campaigns on
Google, YSM! and Bing to reach business goals
· Using your analytical expertise and numbers focus
understand and improve the performance of campaigns
· Optimize for ROI, CPA or other pre defined business
goals
· Use customer segmentation analysis, A/B and
multivariate testing and other optimization techniques to deliver an
effective online experience resulting in customer acquisition,
loyalty and retention.
· Understand Spend Efficiency and Incremental ROI

*EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:*
The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with demonstrated strong
academic and professional performance. The position requires someone who is
highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented with ability to work in
fast-paced environment.
· Bachelors Degree Required.
· 3-5 years experience in Internet Marketing, Analytical
or IT field
· Strong analytical skills required to identify
performance opportunities or issues and root causes.
· Experience with Databases, SQL and or Teradata
· Experience with Web Analytics and Tracking tools
· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
and prioritize based on judgment.
· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication
skills
· Good self-starter with self-driven initiative to
continue learning
· Ability to work well in a fast paced and pressured
environments
· Excellence in Microsoft Excel. Proficient in Access
and PowerPoint
· Experience with Google, YSM! and MSN Paid Search Tools
Desired
· German, Italian or Spanish speaker
